We agree a prioritised roadmap with you: review lead-routing exceptions, workflow health, data hygiene, sync failures and reporting accuracy; then build and maintain the approved improvements within your package hours. A monthly review keeps the next priorities clear.
Yes. This is a fixed monthly fee, not pay-only-for-hours-used billing. You pick a monthly package (10, 40, 80 or 160 hours) and it renews every month. The difference is that you never pay upfront: the package amount is paid at the end of each month through Upwork, after the work is done.
Through Upwork. You hire our agency on Upwork on your chosen package, and the monthly package amount is paid there at the end of each month. We agree the contract and payment arrangements with you before starting. Upwork's own terms and any platform fees also apply.
No. Nothing is charged when you hire us. You pay for each month at the end of that month, so you've already seen the work before any money moves.
Starter is 10 hours for $250/month ($25/hr), Growth is 40 hours for $800 ($20/hr), Scale is 80 hours for $1,280 ($16/hr) and Max is 160 hours for $1,920 ($12/hr).
On Growth, Scale and Max, unused hours carry into the next month, up to half your package. Starter hours reset each month.
Just end the Upwork contract, whenever you want. There's no notice period, minimum term or cancellation fee.
